Five wide conical shades on splayed brass stems, gathered at a single polished brass sphere. Heron takes its cue from mid-century Italian lighting: the stems fan outward at different lengths and angles so the shades sit at varying heights, giving the fitting real movement and a broad, generous wash of light rather than a single beam. Each cone directs light downward and outward, which makes it unusually effective over a dining table or in a stairwell where you want illumination at several levels at once. The floor lamp uses the same head on a slim stem and weighted disc base — a sculptural companion for a corner or a reading chair.
